This is what happens if you use the forge macros, the changelog is not updated
correctly with rpmdev-bumpspec.

Also, in EPEL 8, due to RHEL/CentOS 8 having a too old redhat-rpm-config, in
case of releases the %dist tag is completely screwed up. Maybe I will switch
back to all the normal tags.
