Thanks. I’m getting a 404 error on the SRPM URL, though.

You can fix intersphinx trying to go to the Internet by the following, in
%prep:

  # Use local intersphinx inventory
  sed -r -i 's|https://docs.python.org/3|file:/%{_docdir}/python3-docs/html|' \
      docs/source/conf.py

while adding

  BuildRequires:  python3-docs

and, to the -doc subpackage:

  Requires:  python3-docs
