To request a new package-maintainers group in FAS, please file a ticket with
Fedora infrastructure here: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issues
(package groups are generally used to share responsibilities for multiple
packages: for a single package, you can just have multiple packagers with
admin/commit etc. access).
