That's not how this works.  The Source0 archive in the SRPM needs to match what
is downloaded from that URL.  If you need to make changes to the source code
that are not yet upstream, use patch files in the spec with comments regarding
their upstream status, preferably including a link to an upstream pull request
or commit.  This is described in detail in the guidelines [0].
