Just came here to say that on this line:

    %{python3_sitelib}/%{pypi_name}-%{version}-py?.?.egg-info


The ?.? glob will now work with Python 3.10. Please, don't use that glob.
Either relax the glob:


    %{python3_sitelib}/%{pypi_name}-%{version}-py*.egg-info/


Or use a macro:


    %{python3_sitelib}/%{pypi_name}-%{version}-py%{python3_version}.egg-info/

(Note that I've also added a trailing slash. That is useful with any directory
- it asserts the directory stays a directory.)
