>Summary: MIDI library
Too generic, in my opinion. Could be mistaken for "a library of MIDI files"
instead of "library for working with MIDI files".

>%package static
>Summary:  Static library for %{name}
>Requires: %{name}%{?_isa} = %{version}-%{release}
The -static package should require the -devel package, since -devel contains
the library's header files (.h).

Also, in the repo, there is a Doxygen configuration file. Could that be used to
generate documentation (which would then go in a -doc subpackage)?
