 - For RHEL 7 I believe you still need the Python provide macro

 - Split the doc into a separate noarch subpackage:

  Large documentation must go in a -doc subpackage. Large could be size
  (~1MB) or number of files.
  Note: Documentation size is 15308800 bytes in 208 files.
