For almost all of DMTCP, it's LGPLv3. But for the single file include/dmtcp.h , it's Apache (or any other completely open license). The file include/dmtcp.h needs to be added to the end user's own program. We don't want LGPLv3 there, since it would make claims about the copyright of the larger execution unit in which it is embedded.
