--- Comment #51 from David Nichols <david@xxxxxxxx> ---
(In reply to Andy Mender from comment #50)
> Hello David :). Any updates on this?

Hi Andy, I apologize for the long delay, as I had some other top priorities
take up my time. I am days away from making the 0.9.5 release of Qore, so I
was thinking that I would update the spec file for that release, as Qore 0.9.5
supports full bi-directional Python / Qore dynamic inheritance and code mixing
as well as full ARM processor support as well as other feature and bugfixes.

I was assuming that the SRPM size issues were due to the fact that I updated
the spec file while using the same release package; I hope it will work with
tar.bz2 files due to the reduced file size with bz2 compression.

Also this request has gone on so long that I have forgotten how the process
works regarding sponsors; I may need to look for a sponsor after all, if so I
will update the issue accordingly and start that process.

In any case I expect to have the Qore 0.9.5 release ready next week along with
the hopefully final spec file / RPMs.
