Please correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding is that a *src* rpm is
still required, and so the source code must build from scratch (apart from
subsequently creating a binary RPM).

Also please advise on what Fedora releases are acceptable to compile/test on,
i.e., fc31 or fc32.  The reason I ask is because with newer compilers, the
current 0.1.6 pre-release may not compile w/o warnings.
