I don't know about Orion, wouldn't worry about a build time of half an hour
with tests.  I'm more worried about not being able to get the tests to pass if
I make sure they're not skipped (which they still are in the build).  One or
more fail in mock on el7 and f33, as well as with a straight build from the
tarball on centos7 and debian 10.  I don't have time to try to debug them.  Can
you say what's going wrong and how significant it is?
