There's still one issue, but it's not directly involved with this package so
one the below is fixed the above should be fine:

DEBUG util.py:621:    - nothing provides crate(derive_arbitrary/default) =
0.4.5 needed by rust-arbitrary+derive-devel-0.4.5-3.fc34.noarch
