Description: copydeps is a program that can be used to find and copy all .so /
.dll files needed by an executable to run. This can be useful when you want to
bundle an application together with all its dependencies.

-----

copydeps v4.0 is already packaged for Fedora
(https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/copydeps). However, for v5.0, upstream
decided to switch from Python to Rust, which means:
1) re-writing the whole spec
2) changing the git-scm repository name to rust-copydeps
Hence this re-review request.
