I discovered that on my vm20, I can ssh connect to IPv6 address without issue,
however, if its IPv4 address, then it will fail.

fedorapeople.org has IPv6 address, therefore, I can ssh to it directly.
pkgs.fedoraproject.org has only IPv4 address, thus I cannot ssh to it.

the same issue for github.com URL, which has only IPv4 address.

but I don't know how to configure proxy or do anything to find a workaround for
my "fedpkg clone openosc" issue.

so it seems that this ssh approach will not work for me, I will explore the
https approach next, which seems to require a graphical session to work.
