oh, I think I found the root cause. it is due to routing issue in my vm20.

debug2: resolving "pkgs.fedoraproject.org" port 22
debug2: ssh_connect_direct
debug1: Connecting to pkgs.fedoraproject.org [38.145.60.17] port 22.
debug1: connect to address 38.145.60.17 port 22: No route to host
ssh: connect to host pkgs.fedoraproject.org port 22: No route to host
[rtd@bxb-rtd-vm20 ~]$ 

you can see, it says "No route to host". Again this may be due to the strict
firewall.

I run "traceroute pkgs.fedoraproject.org", and it displays different results
from what I get from the new VM without firewall.
