below error when connecting with a web-browser.


I never ever have gotten such message. Is this because you're not using SSH? I
don't know how to help you. Try asking help on Fedora-devel mailing list.

Try following this doc for HTTP push:
https://docs.pagure.org/pagure/usage/http_push.html

Create an API key at: https://src.fedoraproject.org/settings#nav-api-tab (full
perm)

Edit ~/.config/rpkg/fedpkg.conf and add:

[fedpkg.distgit]
token = YOURAPIKEY

Then try pushing again.
