-DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=TRUE helped:

$ readelf -Wd clang_delta
# no RPATH

>  - %{_libexecdir}/cvise/clex is listed twice

Fixed.

> Package approved. Please fix the aforementioned issues before import.
