I read the page on weak dependencies Paul linked, but I somehow missed the subtlety of the section you linked. @Paul Howarth I think Artur is right, actually. "Weak" dependencies are for packages within Fedora's official repositories. What we could leverage in the case of 7kaa would be "hints". "Enhances:" might be acceptable, correct? I wrote to the rpmfusion-developers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list to ask for opinion, but I noticed that the phrasing in the COPYING file for the 7kaa music is critical here.
