Is there any advantage to doing this? It appears that the docs are the manpage
+ installation instructions + contributing + a small set of API documentation,
so according to the guidelines only the API documentation should be packaged -
which is actually a very small amount of the docs set and hard to extract. It
would seem that for this program, the manpage would be enough to package.
