Is there something Yongkui  could be doing to move this forward?  Red Hat's
tools team is definitely interested in poking at openosc to see if/how it can
be used to evaluate the effectiveness of FORTIFY_SOURCE and improvements that
are made in that area (particularly as we spin up LTO-by-default) and as a
potential alternate implementation.

If there's something Red Hat's tools team can/should be doing to help move this
package forward, don't hesitate to let me know.
