by the power of the Delorian, 1.3.2-1 it is.

As opposed to 0775? Aye, not sure how that came to be. Fixed.

I'm having a ridiculous time getting this to happen, and am not convinced that
it needs to. It certainly doesn't if this is only ever dlopen()ed, which is the
only way I know it to be used. Most of the Python modules I see in
site-packages on Fedora Core 32, as noted, seem to be missing an SONAME. I'll
take another hour's worth of stabs at it. How I loathe Python.
