The exfat-utils in RPMFusion had the same name but with version 1.3.1, so an Epoch was for sure needed. The Fuse implementation was a "workaround" for a missing kernel implementation, so in my idea this would replace the fuse based installation on the user system. But now that the package has been renamed we can drop this entirely as they can coexist. Not sure of the benefit though, I think it will create more confusion than anything.
