If I call it org.gnome.gjots2.appdata.xml it's happy! Or org.gjots2.appdata.xml. Or gjots2.appdata.xml! But not gjots2.metadata.xml. I tried changing the <id> to gjots2 (so that the filename fits the pattern %{id}.metainfo.xml) but it still fails. Any more ideas?
