The first SPEC file is to update the package for EPEL7 (from version 5.25.1 to 5.26.0). The second SPEC file is to add the package to EPEL8. I was able to build the RPM packages using rpmbuild and test them on CentOS 7 and 8 respectively. I would like to co-maintain the package in the future, in case the existing package maintainer (Stewart Adam) would appreciate support. It will still take me some time to get familiar with the Koji build system. Thank you for your efforts. Also thanks to Stewart for maintaining the package so far.
