Tom has previously said he's happy for me to be the package owner, and that is fine with me. On the other hand if Tom wanted to use this package in order to become sponsored (though with such an "old hand" I wonder if sponsorship is necessary), that is fine as well, and I'm happy to be a co-maintainer.
