So, I've talked to Justin Forbes from the Fedora kernel team a bit about this
package (since it does have a kmod dependency that can't be satisfied), and it
seems the best solution would be to leave it out.

So, could you please comment out the dependency? Put a note indicating that the
kmod is needed for the tools to be useful, but we're not enforcing it while we
want for kernel 5.6 to arrive.
