Hey Neal,

Please see the updated Spec and SRPM below. The reason why you saw a ton of
things out of date on the old spec was due to the fact that we used to support
EL 6, EL7 and Fedora. I didn't want to maintain individual spec files for copr
so there was a lot of compat cruft in the old spec. The good news is everything
is building on EL 7 with the feedback you provided. :)
