I have updated the URL. regrading the tests, it's unfortunate but some of them
break without network. As a mater of fact, the test collection breaks without
network. The tests require an external service to query the coordinates of
objects. I have added the code for testing in the spec but I'm allowing the
tests to fail for the time being. This is something to report upstream
