Actually this package is already available in the Fedora repos: I'm maintaining
python-pycryptodomex for months.
pycryptodomex is *exactly* the same as pycryptodome (same sources, same
upstream team). As recommended upstream, the difference is that the "x" suffix
ensures there is no conflict with the pycrypto library (python-crypto package
in Fedora). And python-cryptodome *conflicts* with python-crypto.
