Shouldn't it be called python-Deprecated.spec?

What do you mean with 'main package' and 'rest'?

Looking at spec: 
> %global srcname deprecated
> %global pkgname Deprecated
> Name:       python-%{pkgname}
> %package -n python3-%{pkgname}

Don't you actually want
%package -n python3-%{srcname}
?
