https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1714195 Bug ID: 1714195 Summary: Review Request: rst2txt - Convert reStructuredText to plain text Product: Fedora Version: rawhide Hardware: All OS: Linux Status: NEW Component: Package Review Severity: medium Priority: medium Assignee: nobody@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Reporter: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx CC: package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Target Milestone: --- Classification: Fedora Spec URL: https://fab.fedorapeople.org/packages/SRPMS/rst2txt.spec SRPM URL: https://fab.fedorapeople.org/packages/SRPMS/rst2txt-1.1.0-1.fc30.src.rpm Project URL: https://github.com/stephenfin/rst2txt Description: reStructuredText is pretty-damn consumable in its raw form, but extensive use of directives and roles can hamper things or leave the document incomplete in its raw form (cough, .. include, cough). rst2txt allows you to work around this by evaluating the reStructuredText source and stripping it of most of its formatting. The end result is a document that's more readable and has elements that don't make sense in a plain text document, such as images, stripped.
