yes. you are right. Other scim-* say scim-hangul, scim-anthy are installing
under /usr/lib/scim-1.0/1.4.0/IMEngine/ and /usr/lib/scim-1.0/1.4.0/SetupUI/

For this you need to patch configure.in
run autoconf in SPEC
