The build fails in mock:

RPM build errors:
+ echo 'backend: Agg'
BUILDSTDERR: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.Viefo9: line 31:
/builddir/.config/matplotlib/matplotlibrc: No such file or directory
BUILDSTDERR: error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.Viefo9 (%check)


I expect it's because `~/.config/matplotlib/` directories do not exist. So an
`mkdir -p ~/.config/matplotlib/` before the echo command should fix it.
