Miro, I think there's actually quite a few more patches in the RHEL 7 rpm
package, some of which are API backports. You should make sure to synchronize
the patch set.

Also, I *strongly* suggest backporting this patch:

That makes it so that the module name is consistent with Fedora and EL8. The
rpm-python package in EL7 and older provides no setuptools metadata, so this is
new, and I'd rather not introduce the old name as a potential API for things.
