Hello Pim.  This issue component is for package reviews, not requests.  Have
you tried to package this yourself?  I encourage you to try.  If successful you
can use the review of it to join the package collection maintainers. 
#fedora-devel on Freenode has lots of helpful users if you have questions along
the way.  You may also find an existing package maintainer there that will be
willing to add this themselves.

Small point of clarification, most things don't get added to just EPEL.  They
get added to Fedora Rawhide first (master branch of the package source), then
the package maintainer can request an epel7 branch, just like they'd request a
branch for a previous Fedora release such as f28 or f29.

Without a spec file to review I'm going to close this out.
