MIT is subsumed into the greater ASL 2.0 work. Mentioning multiple licenses is only required if the individual components can be leveraged separately (i.e. like how each file is importable in Python). The collective work is ASL 2.0, because all licenses allow sublicensing to the stricter terms (ASL 2.0).
