Revisiting this after some years and fought a bit with cmake. It doesn't seem
to be possible to build it against system pcre2 anymore. They also added
mariadb-connector-c, jansson, libmicrohttpd that also builds statically. Quite
ugly. It will build on latest fedora though but I would prefer to unbundle
pcre2, added mariadb-connector-c, jansson and libmicrohttpd somehow.
