The easiest way for Fedora to ship these kernel modules is if they are accepted
into the upstream kernel.  Now that the license is acceptable (GPLv2) it should
be possible.  Is it heading upstream?

The more difficult way for Fedora to ship these kernel modules is to convince
the Fedora kernel maintainers that we should.  This is more difficult, because
we generally only accept things that are definitely heading to upstream but not
quite there yet.
