As it turns out, enabled pysocks tests use the API of test_server version
0.0.30 but upstream changed the API with 0.0.31 and replaced tornado with
bottle as the backend instructed with the now gone parameter named engine.

ERROR: setUpClass (test.test_pysocks.PySocksTestCase)

TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'engine'

Because imported already version 0.0.31 should I introduce Epoch to have
version 0.0.30?
