https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1501522 --- Comment #109 from Michael Catanzaro <mcatanzaro@xxxxxxxxx> --- I see now that Kevin warned us about this in comment #16, and we failed to pay attention. :/ Since it's GPL-incompatible, it would be extremely problematic to have it in a GStreamer plugin, which IMO makes it uninteresting for Fedora Workstation, as the goal of this package was to get AAC working out-of-the-box (which would be impossible to do with e.g. Totem or WebKit without a GStreamer plugin).
