I'm only talking about the archive name, instead of %{version}.tar.gz use
%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz. It it less ambiguous.

 - Use a more meaningful name for your archive:

Source:         %{URL}/archive/%{version}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz
