3,4. I was wondering why %py_build worked on my native code python packages,
but not on this one.  Thanks!

9. Kept upstream wrapper name and added symlink for my shortcut.  I stayed with
the trivial distro specific wrapper script, however.  This is absolutely no
purpose served by pulling in setuptools at runtime solely to make a 3 line
wrapper script into a government project.
