Thanks, Jeremy. I'm going to keep the binary in /usr/bin for the time being, as
that is where other connection managers are kept (take a look at
telepathy-gabble, telepathy-salut, et al. for example) and this is also where
other distributions (Gentoo and Debian/Ubuntu) have them stored, also.

I'll poke the Telepathy people about moving the connection manager binaries to
/usr/libexec though. Thanks for the suggestion.
