Description: This package contains utilities for testing Sphinx extensions.

This package contains a python 2 subpackage, even though we are in the midst of
removing python 2 subpackages. The reason is that this package is needed to
support a new version of python-networkx, which in turn is required by
sagemath. Since sagemath is still stuck on python 2, therefore we still need a
python 2 networkx, and hence a python 2 version of this package.
