No. The problem started with an old maintainer leaving the SIG without any announcement, then I became the new maintainer of lxqt-common after an non-responsive request, after that another new maintainer for lxqt-theme was found. It's the job of the reviewer to validate. You should have asked the SIG then if you think SIG is responsible for lxqt-common.
