This is probably something wrong with the rpmbuild, because in new gnuradio
there are now provides:
drwxr-xr-x  /usr
drwxr-xr-x  /usr/bin

for the following glob:
%{_bindir}/*

i.e. nothing changed in the spec, and it seems it's the same for all similar
globs.
