See: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/SourceURL Also maybe you should use %setup -q -n rpmrebuild instead of %setup -c rpmrebuild. Or extract the src.rpm from above URL with rpmdev-extract instead of extracting the tarball manually before you add it to the srpm.
