The thing is nobody experienced in license review is actually expecting the FSF
to declare this non-free. I know Tom doesn't and I know RH legal doesn't. So we
are asking the FSF for a review out of an abundance of caution, but it is silly
to hold up merging this feature due to an extremely unlikely outcome.
