The thing is, this kind of transitory approval:

is going to cause a lot of pain for RPM Fusion, who may end up having to move
this package back and forth between their free and nonfree sections, and all
the work on a -freeworld package can end up being wasted.

I do not see why we need to rush this and cannot wait for a conclusive answer
on the licensing status. (If RHEL 8 is the reason, it is NOT appropriate to
rush incomplete things into Fedora just to get them automatically merged into
RHEL.)
