This should start with a capital (uppercase) letter.

You can replace the beginning of Source0 with %{URL}.

I think %{_datadir} would be preferred here, instead of /usr/share.

>make install ENABLE_MAN=yes PREFIX=%{buildroot}/usr
Use %{_prefix} instead of /usr.
